Terms of service

ManyPages is a brand of Neoprompt LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the website, the dashboard, the MCP server and API, and the pages we host for you (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.

If you use the Service for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you may do so.

Keep your sign-in details and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account, including what an AI agent or other client does with a key or connection you created. Revoke a key or connection as soon as you no longer trust it.

You keep ownership of the data, text and images you add (“your content”). You give us the right to store, copy, process, render and publish your content as needed to run the Service for you.

You confirm you have the rights to your content and that publishing it is lawful. You are responsible for what your pages say, and for following the policies of the search engines you publish for, such as Google’s spam policies.

You may not use the Service to:

• break any law or help someone else break one;
• infringe our intellectual property or anyone else’s, including by copying other sites’ content;
• harass, abuse, defame, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
• publish false or misleading information;
• spread malware, phishing pages or spam;
• collect other people’s personal information without consent;
• get around the Service’s security, limits or permissions, or overload it.

You may not resell or copy the Service itself without our written permission. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The Service works with tools we don’t control, such as AI agents, hosting providers and DNS services, and links to other sites. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. We aren’t responsible for them.

We change the Service often: we may add, change or remove features at any time. We work to keep it running, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise any search ranking, traffic or other result from using it.

To the extent the law allows, Neoprompt LLC and its officers, employees, contractors and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or rankings, arising from your use of the Service or your inability to use it. Where the law doesn’t allow these limits, our liability is limited to the smallest amount it permits.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Neoprompt LLC and its officers, employees and contractors from claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from your content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of anyone’s rights.

Neoprompt LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and indemnity, survive the end of these terms.

If a part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right isn’t a waiver of it. These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change this page and the date at the top. Using the Service after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions go to ivan@manypages.ai.
