Privacy policy

What we collect when you use ManyPages, why, and who else handles it.

Who we are

ManyPages is a brand of Neoprompt LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the ManyPages website at manypages.io, the dashboard, the MCP server and API, and the pages we host for customers. Questions go to ivan@manypages.ai.

What we collect

Your account

  • Your name and email address, and whether the email is verified.
  • A password, stored only as a hash, if you sign in with one.
  • If you sign in with Google or GitHub: the account link, your profile picture URL, and the tokens that service issues, stored encrypted.
  • For each signed-in session: a session token, your IP address and your browser’s user agent.
  • Team invitations: the invited person’s email address and role.

Waitlist

Your email address and the date you joined.

API keys and agent connections

For each API key: a hash of the key (never the key itself), its name and its permissions. When you connect an agent by signing in, we store which client you approved and the tokens issued to it. Changes made through a key or connection are recorded under its name.

Your content

The sites, rows, templates, themes, images and domain settings you create, and the history of changes to them. If you connect a Cloudflare account, we store the tokens Cloudflare issues for that connection.

Traffic on hosted pages

A daily pageview count per site, split into people and bots. It holds no IP address and sets no cookie.

Security

Short-lived request counters that limit abuse, which can include your IP address. Our hosting providers also log requests (IP address, URL and user agent) to run and protect the service.

Cookies

We use cookies only to run the service:

  • a session cookie that keeps you signed in;
  • a short-lived copy of your session, to make pages load faster;
  • the sign-in method you last used, so the sign-in screen can suggest it;
  • the site you last opened in the dashboard;
  • whether the dashboard sidebar is open or closed.

Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser’s local storage. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

  • To run ManyPages: sign you in, store and publish your pages.
  • To send the emails the service needs: sign-in links, password resets and team invitations.
  • To tell waitlist members when early access opens.
  • To keep the service secure and find faults.

Service providers

These companies process data for us, only to provide their service:

  • Vercel: hosts and runs the app and the pages.
  • Neon: hosts the Postgres database.
  • Cloudflare: DNS, the cache in front of hosted pages, image storage (R2) and the daily pageview counts.
  • Resend: delivers our emails.
  • Google and GitHub: only if you choose to sign in with them.

We don’t sell your personal information.

What is public

Pages you publish are public on the web, and so are the images you upload for them. Don’t upload anything to ManyPages that should stay private.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is open. Deleting a site, page set, template or image in the dashboard hides it straight away, and we keep a copy so we can restore it. To have your account and its data erased for good, or to get a copy of it, email ivan@manypages.ai.

Children

ManyPages is a business tool and isn’t meant for children. We don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. See also our terms.
